“You live and learn. Then you die, and forget it all.”
–Noel Coward
Death isn’t “coming” for you. It’s here. You are dying every day. You may have lived half your life, but you’ve already died half of it too.
Don’t think of death as an event in the long ahead future. Life and death, dark and light, red and blue, may seem like adversaries, but they are locked in permanent embrace.
To live life is to fill up lines on a blank page slowly scrolling up to the sky.
So write your story and write it well.
You have “this many” lines left to go.
