Straight wisdom from Critter’s blog. Make your process recite-able by using a handful of simple words.
If you can’t do this because your process changes too much, or because there are too many steps, or because it’s just too complicated, you may not have a process at all.
And if you don’t have a process, then your actions are effectively random. And if everything you do is random, then your actions lack intention. And if your actions lack intention, then how will you get where you want to go?
To do what you say, you must be able to say what you do.
